Independence Square By-Laws

Rules & Regulations

The Pet Policy outlines the cooperative’s requirements and guidelines for keeping pets within Independence Square Townhouses. It includes information regarding pet registration, permitted animals, applicable fees, and member responsibilities. All members with pets are expected to comply with the cooperative’s established pet policies to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable community for everyone.
Members of Independence Square Townhouses Cooperative are responsible for maintaining the insurance coverage required by the cooperative’s governing documents. This document provides important information regarding insurance requirements, personal property protection, personal liability coverage, and member responsibilities. Members are encouraged to review these requirements with their insurance provider to ensure they maintain appropriate coverage.
Independence Square Complaint Form
Independence Square Townhouses Cooperative is committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming community. Members are encouraged to resolve minor concerns directly and respectfully whenever appropriate. When an issue cannot be resolved, members may submit a formal complaint to the management office using the Community Complaint Form.
All complaints will be reviewed by management and addressed in accordance with the cooperative’s governing documents and established procedures. Complaints should include sufficient information to allow for appropriate review and follow-up. Anonymous complaints will not be processed under the cooperative’s current procedures.
