COMING SOON: Renovations are currently underway for two, two-bedroom units, so please check back for updates! The monthly carrying charge for each will be $773, with a buy-in or equity cost of $6,750.00.

Independence Square Townhouses provides water, sewer, and trash, lawn care, and snow removal.

We have an onsite maintenance team and our units include: stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, central heat & air conditioning, and washer/dryer hookups within each unit. We’re located close to Independence Square and are open Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm.
