SECTION 1H: DRUG INVOLVEMENT:

As defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C. 802), drugs and/or drug involvement is prohibited at Independence Square Townhouses. Members, member’s family or guests shall not engage in any type of drug involvement. Violation will result in termination of membership.
