The Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors consists of five members elected by the cooperative membership to represent the interests of the community and help guide its operations.
Regular Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month. The Board conducts a closed executive session prior to the open meeting, which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room, located at 1360 Baker Drive. All members are encouraged to attend the open meeting to stay informed about community matters and participate in the cooperative process.
The Annual Membership Meeting is held each September, providing members an opportunity to participate in important cooperative business, including Board elections.
Approved meeting minutes and other community information are made available to authorized members through the FirstService Residential CONNECT portal, as applicable.
